I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...
the cast offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope,
fear and pain, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry. "God," I said, "this is terrible!
Why don't you do something?"
God was silent for a moment
and then He spoke softly.

"I have done something." He replied.
"I created you."

About Jo Ann's Foster Animals...
I am a private foster and rescue working out of my home. I am not a 501c3 non-profit organization.  There is only ONE of me.

Although I am not considered a "not-for-profit" group, I use all adoption fees and donations to continue my work in trying to save the lives of as many dogs as I can.  Sorry, but I am no longer able  to take cats or kittens.  Just isn't fair to a new kitty coming into a home with 10 to 12 large dogs. 

I do all vetting, including spay/neuter, complete vaccinations, heart worm testing, and my dogs are on heart worm medication and flea & tick preventative.
